    Yes, a Ting SIM card or eSIM is required to activate your Ting Mobile service, which you can order during the sign-up process. A SIM card will be shipped to you quickly—usually within a few business days.

    Yes! Each additional line also gets the $9 intro discount, so it’s just $10 per month through December 31, 2026, then $19 per month when paired with Ting Internet in the Unlimited Mobile Combo. It’s a great way to get affordable mobile service for the whole family.

  • What should I do if my current device is incompatible?

    If your device isn’t compatible, Ting offers a variety of affordable, unlocked phones that work perfectly with our network. Check the Ting Shop for compatible phones.

  • Are there any additional fees or taxes on top of the $10/month?

    While taxes and regulatory fees aren’t included in your plan price, they may apply depending on your location. Ting always keeps them transparent on your bill.

  • How easy is it to switch to Ting Mobile?

    Switching is straightforward! You can keep your current phone number by transferring it during activation, and most activations are completed within minutes once you receive your Ting SIM card or eSIM.

  • What happens after I use 30GB of data?

    You can keep using data at slower speeds until your next billing cycle starts. There are no overage charges, and your talk and text aren’t affected. Hotspot use counts toward your 30GB of high-speed data.
